Returning amount

Hello,

I have made a bank transfer, to a client, for travel costs, he have come back and return us some of the money he don't have use it, how can i return that money.

The transfer you did to the client in the first place, how exactly did you treat that in Clear Books? Once we know that we can answer the question.

i have open a Bill in the name of the supplier (sorry about the above mistake), and made the payment. now the question is how can i register the return from part of the amount.
