is there a quick way to provide an accountant with all the employee names, dates of birth and start dates? for example in a pdf table?

As far as I know there's no way to directly export from payroll alone (you can import though, go figure eh?!)
Are you using the bookkeeping app or just payroll? If you're using the bookkeeping app all employees are effectively listed as suppliers so you could head to Tools > Export and filter by Suppliers so you get a full list of suppliers and their addresses which you could then quickly edit to send over to your accountant. It won't contain DOB/NI/start date though which is the whole point of the exercise I guess (although i'm not sure why the accountant needs the info in the first place if you do the payroll through CB - pension perhaps?)
Best answerthank you for your help, and taking the time to reply. That's useful to know In the future but I did it manually in the end, im using it for HR but very new to the system and running it alongside accountant that the moment.
