ADDRESS DETAILS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE INVOICE

Hi everyone. Having a moment here. Want to update my address on the invoices at the bottom payment section. Where do I do this. Ta Mike

Glad to hear it's all been sorted. I thought I'd reiterate, should anyone else come across the same issue.
This can be edited under Money > Bank accounts menu, by clicking on the edit icon next to the bank account in question, as per below:
You will then be directed to the Bank account details page, where you can edit the Payable to address, as follows:

Hi Mike - it's the registered office address under Settings>Organisation
No that's not working. That's the address that shows at the top of the invoice. I want to change the tear-off part at the bottom. Ta Mike
That's interesting - it clearly depends on the Theme you're using. My trading address appears at the top and registered office at the bottom. I'm a bit lost but if the address is appearing in the actual tear off slip then perhaps it's in the Payment Advice text in the Invoice theme itself?
Go to Settings>Invoice Themes and "Edit" the theme you are using the text appearing in the Payment advice box is down the Theme Settings page.
The addresses were typed out slightly differently so i can clearly see they differ.
I think it is related to the Theme however have been round Clearbooks all day and cannot find it.
It's certainly not clear where this is updated.

The invoice themes are all in Settings>Invoice themes. CB's own themes can not be edited but your own can be (ie created or from templates). I am reminded that you can also edit the payment advice box from the invoice itself I think
Anyway, probably best to send in a ticket to support so they can log in and see what's going on.

As far as I can see there's no specific reference to this in the guides, either in the setting up a bank account one or, more relevant, on the "Showing payment details on an invoice" one:

Might be an idea to make specific reference to the address in Step 2?
