Which permission allows a user to view and use the download tool in Reports? I have access and need an employee to have the same access, against all report fields her permissions are set to allow yet it doesn't have this option available?

The report>Download Tool(s) actually refers to the Tools>Export feature, which is what I use all the time, so if you click on any of the "downloads" in the Reports menu you'll notice that you immediately dash over to Tools>Export. Confusing?
Even more confusing is that there's no Tools>Export permission (like there is Tools>Import) but, if you tick the "Reports>Export data" permission your employee will have the Tools>Export feature activated to use....but weirdly, not the Reports>Downloads copy.
I've learned something here and will point it out to the UX (User Experience) team.
