Any way to change default account code?

For some reason, the default account code on expenses claims seems to be Telephone. I've tried to see if any way to change it, but I haven't been able to find out how. Can anyone help? I'd prefer to change it to another code. Thanks, Kali

The only time it default for me is when doing a mileage claim - which quite annoyingly rarely defaults to mileage/travel (probably because i've amended the chart or something).

So in that situation I too would like to see what the OP is asking for.

Hi Kali - that's really weird, I have never had a default code, it always remains blank till I pick a supplier or enter it manually. Have you tried support, it might be a problem in your accounts?

Yes, I am actually doing mileage, but we just use the expenses form, not the mileage form. Yesterday, I kept getting Fixtures & Fittings coming up as a default (so annoying!). I have contacted Support, but they don't seem to be able to replicate it. Just have to budget more time for the additional clicks now needed!

Kali - why not use the mileage form? It keeps tabs on the 10,000 and handles the VAT reclaim too (if req).
