Is there any availability for me to access the system to prepare my clients accounts?

Ah ... You'd need to defer to a Clearbooks staff member for that. Try emailing at contact support

Hello, I have got access but the client is looking to switch to a different accountancy package and has cancelled his payment. Will he have to pay for another month for me to be able to login?

Hi Richard

You will need to ask your client to add you as a user. You should then be able to access their Clearbooks account to do your work.
