Question asked by Kevin Doran 9 years ago

I keep getting this error msg when opening multiple tabs to pay multiple bills - any particular reason?

Hi Kevin,

I just spoke to a member of the technical team and they advised that this is currently a limitation of the Quickpay form. If there are more than 10 tabs open for bills or invoices, you can then only perform quick pay on the most recently opened one. It's something that may be addressed in future, but it probably won't get looked at until after the current improvements are finished.

I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful. If you find there are any other issues with this, please do let us know.

All the best,

Natasha

Hi Natasha

THat's fine, I can live with 10 - I was just worried you were going to come back saying it had to be 1 tab at a time from now on or something!

Thanks as ever...

I'm going to do some further testing and I'll raise it as a defect on the system, to be investigated by the dev's. As soon as I get any updates, I'll let you know :-)

If you need anything else, please do let us know.

Have a lovely day.

All the best,

Natasha
