Why can Remittance Advice say..'Remittance Advice' rather than 'Bill'

Question asked by Dawn Harrison 9 years ago

Is it me or is anyone else frustrated with this. I would like a clear remittance advice to send out to my suppliers when I pay them. But I am sure its going to confuse them when they get a 'Bill' instead.
In all the remittance advice's that I receive I have never received one like the clear books lay out. Please please clear books sort this out...sorry rant over. Thanks Dawn

Hi Dawn - For me the email is the remittance advice and providing them with a copy of the bill with payment history shows which bill has been paid and how and so that's OK for most people.

You can however change the title in the Invoice Theme area (in Settings). Edit your default theme and in the Labels tab find Purchase Invoices and change Bill to Remittance Advice. Hopefully Hey Presto
