UTR ON INVOICES

I need to show the company UTR on my invoices. If possible next the company registration number, I haven't been able to edit that part on my invoice.

Hi Lilian

First off, the company number should pre-populate so long as you've completed it within Settings > Organisation:

For the UTR, we take a three-prong approach:

Invoices themes > Edit > Labels and change fax to UTR [then go into your company details section as above and add your UTR to the fax number part]
Invoice themes > Edit > Theme settings and add a line quoting the UTR to the invoice payment text
Emails > Email templates > Invoice and add a brief line re the UTR on there too.

Contractors seem to get the hint that way!!
