Is there a way of sending out an email to all customers on the database at once?

I've had a spoof email made to look like its from our MD, but it isn't and i'd like to just warn all our customers to be vigilant. Is there a way of sending to all?

Hi Caroline - not that I know off.

What I'd do is Export a CSV file of all customers (from Tools?export) and use that as a source file for email mailmerge in MS Word.
