Refund of subscription

Hi

Today a payment of £266.40 for the Clearbooks annual subscription left my account.

My plan was to switch to a monthly plan before today.

I'd like the £266.40 minus £20.60 to be refunded and my account switched to month payment plan of £20.60 going forward.

Please advise.
