Dear team
I tried to submit CIS return but the system doesn't do it. Error message is "Unable to submit the return". All data needed for submission is in place as it seems to me. What is the problem?

Are you getting any error messages when submitting the CIS return? Also have all your subcontractors been verified?

Hi John,
Yes Clear Books is set as agent to CIS in Gov. Gateway (But not for VAT as we are do not have to submit them)
Subcontractors are verified manually and marked green.
It still says "Unable to submit the return" and gives a comment about rounding "CIS rounding
Values submitted through the CIS return are rounded to 0 decimal places as per HMRC requirement"
What else can I do?
