We have closed our business, what are our next steps regarding Clearbooks?

Hi Sakia,
I am very sorry that I am only replying now- your message seems to have slipped through the cracks. I hope you got in touch with us via some other means and received your answer then.
To answer your question, you would need to export your data by going to Tools> Export> Export. These would be in a .csv format (spreadsheet), which you could save to your hard drive. You would then need to close the account- [Building symbol]> Account> Close account.
