Late Payment Automated Email?

I have had my invoicing system set up to automatically chase invoices that have not been paid in time. This has proven to be a very valuable feature.

I have just realised that this is no longer working. I have an overdue invoice and the client has not been reminded of this automatically.

I've tried to find the setting but since the new design was implemented, I can no longer find it. Has this feature been removed?

Hi Cheryl

It's now in Contacts > Emails > Email settings. Also make sure the reminder setting is opted on in the customer's record.
