Date email open

Hello I have a client. Saying she has not received my emails that I've been sending through clear books can you please tell me if there is a way to find out what date email was read

Also is there a way to put on a read receipt?

Are all other customers receiving your emails?

The Contacts>Emails>All menu should show an audit of when emails were sent, you can also receive a copy of email invoices by selecting the check box beside Receive a copy of each email on the Contacts>Emails>Email settings:

However, we don't really have a record of whether or not the email has been read.

There is a date first received date for invoices:

This is triggered as soon as anyone views the PDF, however, just be aware that if you view the PDF in the system it will generate this date too.
