Writing off invoices

Hi,

I have a couple of invoices that we know we will not receive payment for and would like to write them off.

Can you let me know how to do this?

Hi Kelly,

Click on the invoice number and under the payment history table there should be an options link. Click on this and it should bring up the write-off options just to the right of this:

Fill in the form and then hit the blue write off button to complete.
