Hi there!
I am trying to reconcile a 2015 invoice with an imported statement entry but only 2016 invoices are popping up. How do I get to the older invoices so that I can reconcile them! Sorry if I'm being really stupid!

Hi Karen - it may not be you, I'm guessing but, assuming you want to reconcile a bank entry with a "Quickpay" bank entry you have already entered, it may be down to the fact that there is a maximum number of reconcilable items that the screen can show and so there's no way to get to older ones.
If this is the case then you have to manually reconcile the Quickpay sum on the bank account screen (ie put a green tick next to it) and then "delete" the entry on the bank statement. It doesn't actually delete it but it stops the system thinking you still need to explain it.
