my old account

Hi,

I tried clear books almost 2 years ago now and used it for a while - I did employ 2 employees who left but have recently lost a computer with the data on. If I have closed the account can you email a copy or statement of my old payroll records saved? Hope so.

Hi Henry,

If the account is nearly 2 years old then unfortunately it is likely that the data has been purged.

If you email use (contact support) with details of your account then we can take a look to see if the data can be retrieved.
