How to get a statement which includes all the invoices raised and payments received/ pending for a customer from Jan 2016 to till now?

Apologies for the delay in answering your question.

It seems that there was an issue of some sort with the system which is supposed to notify us of new questions on the community and it appears that some got missed as a result.

The customer statement (Contacts > Customers > Customer Name > Full Statement) contains all invoices, paid and unpaid and any payments on account for that particular customer.
