Cannot create new Unit Price from laptop, only desktop computer

Can anyone tell me why it is that new prices cannot be added when adding new Unit Prices for invoices from a laptop? No problem doing so from desktop computer. We have tried working from 2 different laptops, and are only able to input unit prices (from dropdown menu) that have been previously input from desktop. Very inconvenient as we are forced to put off adding any items to an invoice that requires a new price adding, and are restricted to those that are available in the dropdown menu.

Hi Erika,

There is no difference between using Clear Books on a laptop or a desktop. This sounds like something the browser, or perhaps some other piece of software on the laptop may be doing.

Would it be possible for you to try it in a different browser and see if the issue persists?
