Subscription Details

Hi, can't find my subscription end date, subscription invoice or payment history. Subscriptions - Payment Settings leads to a blank page, although there is a small link asking if I want to close my account - are you trying to tell me something?

Ok sorry about this you should now be able to subscribe again which should generate an invoice on the subscription>payment settings>billing history menu.

Hi Gary,

That is odd - somehow you are on a pending yearly subscription in our admin and yet your account thinks you have paid for this already. I have just escalated to our technical team to resolve ASAP and will keep you updated.
