first payroll on Clearbooks

Hi On the 26th I'll need to do our first payroll on Clearbooks. we are only 2 directors. I've been using Crunch for all our payrolls so far this tax and company year. How do I enter in our previous payrolls into Clearbooks so that its up to date please? Do I need to do this before I can run our next payroll due on the 26th? Many thanks for your help.

Hi Lisa

You'll need to re-enter each pay period to date i'm afraid - unfortunately CB doesn't yet come with a mid-year start facility.

Luckily it's only the 2 of you and presumably it's been monthly pay.

Oh and you don't actually need to make the RTI submissions for the historic periods, just enter the figures then move straight onto the following month.
