we have changed banks to barclays and cannot download statements as they are in pdf format

we cannot use the import for downloading bank statements as barclays statements are in pdf is there a way to change this

You can only upload an import via csv so you have a few options:

  1. Use Yodlee
  2. Type everything up into a csv yourself
  3. Use a service that converts from PDF to csv
  4. Speak to Barclays - all of my clients are able to download csv's so perhaps you're just missing an option somewhere.

Roy - chose the view transactions rather than view statements - you can then "Export" in CSV and many other formats
