A large proportion of my sales follow this path. Sales order taken. Purchase order raised. Invoice from supplier raised as an exact copy of the contents of the PO. Sales invoice created as an exact copy of the PO/Purchase invoice.
Is there some way of creating one from another - obviously dates would need amending but items would be the same and it would provide an excellent tracking system.

You can convert POs to purchase invoices (bills), this is detailed in the guide below:

You can still view the PO's even when they have been turned into bills by going to Purchases > Purchases Orders > List POs.
