Bulk import customers from a CSV file?

Is there any way to bulk import customers from a CSV file?
My current system (TO3000; http://to3000.com/) will allow me to export a list of my current customers as a CSV file (I think), and I would like to save myself the time and trouble of manually creating them all in ClearBooks.
