Closing account

I wrote a ticket earlier in respect of PMC Property Ltd but as it hasn't appeared in my list of tickets I fear it got lost somewhere

My query relates to the auto-renewal payment that you took from my account on 16 Feb for the sum of -£475.20. This represents a two year subscription which I do not want as I am moving to another online accounts system at the end of this financial year on 31st May and will close my clear books account.

You are simply too expensive for my needs.

Can I convert to monthly subscription until the end of May and have a refund for the unwanted two year subscription?
