Auto enrollment - work place pension

We employ an individual on an as and when basis so does not have a regular salary. How do we list them on payroll as we do not know how much they will earn this year. However we have to put details in to run the workforce assessment.

Hi Maryjane,

I would recommend heading to the Payroll area and heading to the employee's details. If you select the "Irregular employment payment pattern" option in the Employment Details tab.

Then head to the Salary Details tab and enter an hourly rate for the employee.

When processing payroll at the end of each period you will have the capability to tailor the unique amount of hours the individual has worked over each term.
