Expenses & bill payments

I need to pay some expenses from clearbooks , the employee is set up on the system with his bank account details. When I approve the expenses i create a bill and pay it. My question.. Does clearbooks through yodlee actually make this payment or is it just a book keeping exercise and i must manually make the bank transaction? Ive tried to pay 2 bills now and neither of them have received the monies after 3 days

You need to pay it yourself, it's just a bookkeeping entry.
