Your database has become too large for us to send as an e-mail attachment. Please contact support.

Hi Chris,

As Paul says, what this message means is that the automatic backup of your account has become too large to send to you via email. This is not a problem, as we keep backups of your account on our servers.

Should you ever need to restore your account, drop us an email at contact support and we will be able to get the account restored.

Hi Chris - is this the backup file the system send you each week or when you run a backup manually? If so, it's currently of no use so you're better off cancelling it in Tools > Export > Backup
