Trying to add transactions takes me to page to update my details and tax data

This keeps sending me in circles. I go to explain a transaction and when I hit "add new transaction" it takes me to a page saying it needs more info about my company and tax, but all the fields are filled in and are correct. I then hit the update button and it takes me back to the part to explain the transaction, but the fields I had entered are now gone. I fill them in again and again it takes me to the the company details and tax page. I can't seem to get any transactions added. I also tried using Yodlee, but it doesn't seem to pull in my transactions so I'm at a complete loss. I'm only on the trial version but probably won't take it any further if I can't figure this out.
