Hi, I am now winding down my business.
If I cancel the subscription, am I able to still access my existing data, even if I cannot add to it?

Hi Matt,
If you close your account you will no longer have access so make sure to export any data Tools>Export beforehand. Once closed the account is queued to be purged after 90 days. We can recover closed accounts which are not purged for free, however, those that have been purged and need re-instating will incur a cost.
In June we are set to release updates to our subscription system which should include an archive subscription - more details to follow nearer the time though.
OK, great. Yes an archive subscription would be a good move - I may wait for that. Thanks.
