Account charges

Can anyone explain why my account charger are never the £10 plus vat that they are supposed to be, and why they have doubled recently?
Hi Richard,
If you check your subscription invoices, you will see why. You can find these by going to the [Building symbol]> Subscriptions> Payment settings> View billing history.
You appear to have benefitted from the 50% discount for your first three months. That period has now passed, which is why your costs have risen to the regular price.
