Hi Declan,
In this case, you will have to upload the image to an imaging uploading service where you can convert the image into an image URL. Please see this wikihow guide: http://www.wikihow.com/Get-the-URL-for-Pictures
After that, just copy and paste the URL into ClearBooks to include that image in your email signature.

On a further note, I have just spoken with our development team about the image URL, you must ensure that it is https and not http for the image to show properly in the email signature.
