I am trying to change the style of my invoices so they only show the total VAT underneath, not after every item. I can do it on 'change themes', but it doesn't save and keeps going back to the original.
Any ideas please?
Hi Kevin,
You can change this by going to Settings> Configure system> Invoice themes> Edit [the theme you are using]. It is the Item tax dropdown box that you need to change to 'hide'.

Thanks for your reply, I have tried that but it doesn't save my changes
I think I have found your account and I can see that it has now been saved and the PDFs are showing what you want. If I am incorrect, please tell me your business name and I can take a look.
Hi. I have found and saved an invoice theme called NW No line VAT, which is how I want my invoice to show the figures but when I do an invoice it goes back to showing the VAT again.

I can see that the last invoice you created uses the Elemental theme, where hiding the VAT does not apply. Please make sure to use 'NW No line VAT' or any theme where you have changed the setting to remove VAT from the list. You can either change the theme when you are creating the invoice:
