Subscription

I have been on a 50% discount code for my subscription, which was due to expire on 02/09. In anticipation of the discount ending, I changed the subscription to a 2-year prepay. It has changed the subscription, but doesn’t indicate if the new 2 year sub starts after 02/09 (which is what I would have assumed). Could you confirm if this is the case please.

Also, when changing the plan, it presented a ‘pay by card’ button, which I pressed, but then there was no payment process (although the new plan is ticked on my subscriptions screen).
