how do we add a few sentences to each invoice, without having to type it in on each invoice? just like a satisfaction waiver
Hi Meredith,
If you head to Settings > Configure System > Invoice Themes > Preferences > Enter the text in the default invoice payment textbox and hit Save, as shown below:
Once this is done, the text will automatically show on all future invoices.
