Refund

My husband has received a refund to his account. How do I put this through clear books?

Hi Helen,

Was this a refund from a supplier? If so, the best way to process this would be to head to Money > Bank Accounts > Click Money Out next to the relevant bank account > Fill in the details and click Explain > On the Explain screen, use the refund tab and fill in the details, then click Add Transaction. As shown below:
