Invoices outside of accounting periods

Hi,

I'm currently using the trial version and I am creating a replica of all transactions for the previous month. This includes payments of old invoices and the input of older invoices to appear on the aged debtors. My problem is that it wont let me input invoices outside of the accounting period e.g ours runs from Jun-Jul and this invoice is dated JUN. Thanks

Hi Brenda,

It appears there is an accounting period covering June 17. Is it possible to send in an example invoice you are attempting to add to contact support

I would have to attempt this from our end to investigate the issue further.

Hi Brenda,

That is strange - are you attempting to create invoices dated June 2016 or 2017?

It's for 28th June 17 and I have some earlier invoices to add on to the ageing debtors. Thanks Brenda
