CUSTOMIZE MONTHLY TRADING REPORT

How do i customize the Monthly trading report. i want is a simple as SALES (ONLY JANUARY) COST OF SALES (ONLY JANUARY) PROFIT (ONLY JANUARY)

i will want the focus to be on only the Items that have been sold for that particular month and its share of cost of sales.

Using the P&L report use the From and To date boxes (1 Jan and 31 Jan) and hit Find
