Quotation theme only

Hi, I am happy with my theme for invoices however when I make a quotation I have certain lines that are repetitive and do not apply to an invoice. Is there a way I can adjust the quotation only without having to manually type the same thing over and over for every quote as this does not apply to the invoice? I.E. "An official purchase order is required prior to inspector attendance" " specialist access is to be provided by the client" "Payment terms strictly 30 days from receipt of invoice" and so on.

Hi Andrew,

The best way to do this would be to head to Settings > Configure System > Invoice Themes > Click Edit for the relevant theme > In the Quote Footer textbox, you can input the required text which will show on the footer of the quote. Please see this example:
