After taking my payment of £12 from my card can you please tell me why you have taken 2 other payments of £1 each. This happens most months and is getting a bit tedious now.
The £1 amounts you mention are the card verification checks and are never actually taken from your account. Your card is declined every month and you appear to be logging in and updating it when you are locked out. This is why you experience this every month. To avoid having to do it, you should make sure to have at least £12 available in your account on the 11th of each month and if that's already the case, you should contact your bank to ask why they consistently decline your payments to us.
