Hi
Can you create your own reports on Clearbooks? I'd like to be able to see what notes are against what customers before invoicing.

Hi Natalie,
We do not provide personalised reporting- only what is available in Reports> All reports.
In the scenario that you mention, it may be a good idea to have one browser tab open for the Customer details (Contacts> Customers> [customer]) and another open for creating the invoice (Sales> Invoices> Create invoice). You can then cut and paste any notes from the customer profile into the invoice (perhaps into the Description field) quickly, if necessary.
