Bulk statement upload

Hi

I am currently trying the test version. I have uploaded a statement which was visible. However I must have pressed a wrong button and all vanished. I have tried a few time to upload a new statement ( also one with a different file name) again but now it shows bulk unexplained transactions. I have tried using " select data range " section but whatever I do I am unable to delete anything. I would like to use this accounting software but this little problem give me big headache. The file was a csv file.

Hi Peter - you're better to contact support@ on this one so that they can examine your account and csv.
