Creating invoice with installments

Hi,

I run a service mgt business, I create an annual invoice for each of my clients, but payments are over agreed terms (monthly, quarterly or yearly).

How do I create this invoice on clear books, that will allow reminders to be sent, when each payment is due depending on terms.

Hi Olu,

Unfortunately, there is no way to set up recurring payments at the moment. In this case, I would recommend importing bank statements whereby you can explain the monthly payments to the relevant invoice as they appear on your statement.
