Emailing of 'Paid' Invoices

Hello,

I currently generate a 'Paid' invoice monthly for a customer of mine who pays using direct debit (using a recurring sales invoice)

I then manually email the invoice to them each month.

Can this by automated using your email settings? I can only get this to work for 'unpaid' invoices.

Hi Simon,

Unfortunately, we do not have an option to automatically email paid invoices at the moment. I can log this as a suggestion with our developers, however, it is unlikely that we would implement this soon as we are currently focusing on the higher priority projects as per our roadmap i.e. Clear Books Micro (spreadsheet software for small businesses in preparation for MTD, a mobile app).

Appreciate your swift response.

I was just checking - so will now change to 'unpaid'.

If you could log this as an improvement request with the developers than that would be great as I do not think it would involve too much work.
