Write off - purchase invoice

I have a very old bill from a supplier and they've not taken payment from our account so rather than have it sitting on our ledger for ever, I'd like to write it off. Please can you tell me the best way to do this?

Hi Gill,

Of course, you can write off the bill by clicking into the bill number, scroll down to the Payment History section and click Write Off.
