prepare MTD VAT return

Good Morning

For some reason we cant prepare our vat return. We have gone through the 5 points and each shows a tick that they have been completed but when we go into point 6, find out about our enhanced MTD VAT features and click on the prepare MTD VAT return, it says "Your status with HMRC is pending, as your business is not yet signed up to MTD for VAT" we set everything up a few weeks ago but nothing changes?

Any advise on what were missing?
