De-allocated payment

Hi, I need help. I made a mistake on a purchase invoice. I de allocated the payment and change the invoice. I them went and did a quick payment on the invoice. The invoice is showing as paid but my bank balance has change on the dash board ( doesn't include the quick payment). Is there another step I need to do with the quick payment? I'm lost. Deb

Hi Debbie,

Yes, the de-allocated payment will appear under Money > Unallocated Cash. As you've quick paid the invoice, you must remove this payment on account by clicking the Payment ID, then clicking Delete on the next page.
