Emailing invoices

Trying to send invoices but clients are not receiving? Tried sending them to myself, still not receiving? Any help appreciated

Hi Jamie,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue. I need to confirm first if you are using SMTP or if you are using the Clear Books email as this changes the solution a bit. I would suggest checking with your email provider if you are using your own email as this may be an issue with their servers. If you are using our email I would suggest raising a support ticket with us to investigate further.
