I am in the process of setting up a trial site for my customer and everything is going surprisingly well (I'm a first time user of this system though I am familiar with many others). The only issue I have at the moment is how can I get the Additional Contact to print on a sales invoice. Can you help please?

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to get that to print on the invoice, but you can add additional contacts and also use the summary to add details to the invoice. I'm glad you are finding everything else to satisfaction so far.

As these are often repeat visits, it would be nice to have a list I can select from. I am terrible at getting my roads, streets, terrace etc mixed up. Multiple delivery addresses or additional contacts would have been brilliant. It is the only issue I have come across on my evaluation.

You can do this with the summary box on the invoice creation screen to pop the address of the flat into the invoice. That may help.

That's a shame. I am a plumber focusing on landlords and agents. Each customer may have 30 or 40 properties and I wanted to use additional contacts to specify the site I had worked on and that the invoice relates to. This makes it easy for the customer to recharge the property owner.
